How Do You Get Comfortable Closing?
I wasn't able to get an extract of any of that information or even see how it was structured. So I couldn't tell what industry they were in, what type of customer they were,. Government, private, public, et cetera, had no idea. The hardest part of M&A is making that valuable. We've publicly filed in the London Stock Exchange that this is happening. I can't tell you much about it, but you will make it valuable. That's where we're agreeing to this because I'm rolling the dice. And hopefully I get some fluffy teddy bear out of this unknown box.
