How to Start an LLC
If you're not making at least $800 a year on YouTube, it doesn't make a ton of sense from a financial perspective to be an LLC. The state you are in can matter for this. California has a flat rate corporate tax of $800 ayear. If you want to bring in an editor, having an LLC contract with their LLC takes you out of some of those employment implications most of the time.
