Christopher: I absolutely love Nancy Klein's work on setting up and creating the thinking environment for teams. It sounded to me like you had set it up that dynamic where you allowed people's brains to go into rest mode. And yeah, that's also very powerful. But what I was struck by is in 25 minutes, we reached a consensus. Everybody felt heard. Sometimes the things we're coaching, the team ramps up and I think it's important to slow them down and even get them into silence.
