The Patient's Medical History Changes What You Think About This Patient
This patient has hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, GERGE, and GAG. No previous surgeries, no alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drug use. They have a little bit of dyslipidemia but no nephrotoxic medication that is present. Physical exam at this point would be important for not only hemodynamics, but a little bit better assessment of volume status.
