There was a paper by Lasovicius and colleagues in 2019 called muscle failure promotes greater muscle hypertrophy. And so like that also just like conflicts with longitudinal hypertrophy research we have. So fast, which fiber activation stays higher. That is not what we see in the actual experimental research. But if you if you're taking this model seriously, you have to be willing to argue for that because that is a logical implication of this models.
