The People Who Need Not Help Most, They Aren't Even Here Yet

What struck me was the the refugees who'd got over the border, they were almost ephoric. They were just so happy to be out, to be safe. What i saw was this ordinary effort. People really want to help. But this is going to have to be helped for the long time. And the people who need not help most, they aren't even here yet. The u.N. Is now forecasting up to four million people will be displaced. These are people who don't have other languages,. Who don't have contacts in other countries. Will be coming across the border with almost nothing.
