How to Communicate With Incident Responders
It really depends on your kind of culture. I've been in cultures that were very meeting a verse and they were like document everything. But you know, in a prescriptive plan, I would basically say you should find the responders. You should ask them various questions about the incident. And your goal when you're talking to them is not to put them on the defensive. It's to make them feel like an expert because they are. They're an information for us for you.
