The Law of Parallel Slices in Relativity
Special relativity says there's no absolute fact about simultaneity. But there are events called time like related events that are not simultaneous from ever any observers point of view. All of those are qualified to count as times by this naturalized definition of what a time is. So yes, to refine this a little bit in order to take account of the difference between Newtonian mechanics and relativity.
