Hip Hop's Resiliency Over Time
Hip hop is the story of perseverance. These kids started this genre in the Bronx in the early to mid 1970s and they were really dismayed, looked over, the Bronx was decaying. They didn't know that it would become this genre that's permeated mainstream society everywhere. Over and over again if you keep looking at hip hop's history when it has been kind of confronted by outside forces or by controversy It's shown a resiliency that's been able to hold it up.
