Creativity and the Pandemic

creativity labelled as one of the most important competencies that cos want to build in their companies. The idea that creative work is siloed in either just one part of society or one part of the organization has really, haha, has that's that's done. In a world that is changing so fast, with so many unknowns, we all have to have some of these abilities. How are each our professionals on boarding people into a corporate culture during, during the pandemic? That is a creative task right there.
