I think the biggest lesson, like biggest reality check for me was having spent 10 years plus in enterprise sales. So I didn't know that a product like growth company, like people discovering you on their own, signing up with a credit card converting or not converting is going to be ten times harder than what I was originally doing. Also, when every sales, like 100 bucks, how many hundred bucks do you need to start paying for your team with space? When we sold it, we only had 100 customers because every contract was 10,000 to 100,000. While it took a long time to find product market fitted, only took a year to break even to be profitable.
