There are lots of few e frameworks, such as tailwin c s s, that come with some solid defaults and can be used right out of the box to build amazing softwer with predesigned components. You find systems like this on every platform that you want to support. Decade old framework still perform more adequately and allow new interpeters to quickly prototype their products. Don't fall for the shiny object. The longer something has been around, the longer it's likely to persist in the future.
