The Importance of Diversity in Cultural Psychology

I often talk to a lot of kind of diverse people with diverse interests is like I had this really formative experience in grad school where we just read a ton of weird stuff and it's an exciting frontier when data gets easier to collect. There are some things that kind of characterize everyone everywhere but then cultures do differ in really important ways soYeah you know I think some of the frustration boils down to measurement and a really traditional approach is to validate it in German or English and then apply it or translate it  to a bunch of a bunch of other people yeah exactly.
