The Muscle Reflex of Congress

A muscular Congress of the 70s or 80s, I think would have probably had the power, the expertise and the oversight to really do something about an out of control executive. That muscle no longer exists. They don't even know how to use the muscles anymore. So much of our poorest border wall or our poorest border is being enforced right now by the administrators. And remember when they couldn't get gang of eight immigration through, they'll just use the executive use an executive order.
