How Do We Translate That Into Real English?

How many people in the world were born into english? How many people learned it in a class room? I base my numbers on estimates given by david cristol, who's literally, he literally wrote the encyclopaedia of the english language from cambridge. He was willing to suggest now that the people who were born into the language number about 400 million. And then there are people who are learning english in a classroom. The problem is, those are mouthfuls. So we are hugely, hugely outnumbered. And i think that that starts with educating the 400 million to start communicating better with the two billion. It seems like we're doing something backwards.
