What Good Managers Do Is Stop by People's Desks

I don't think that it's essentially a bad idea. I think that some amount of doing exactly that is what good managers do. Good managers stop by and say, hey, so I was looking at the work you handed in and this seems a little bit off or this seems like really great. You did a good job, like keep on going. That is what they're supposed to be doing to some extent, but that's on top of the metrics. Right. Okay, fine. So maybe I shouldn't run society just yet. But if I think about it a little longer, maybe I'll be able to essentially plan how organizations work. Yeah.
