A flexitarian diet is one meal a day with some animal product in it, and the rest plant baste throughout the day. It's like 90 % galories from e eight eao ye. In this study, that flexitarian diet was better for the environment than the vegetarian. If we could get the whole world and produce food sustainably, and people could adopt a flexitarian diet, would be a great outcome? Ye, absolutely.
