The Fire That Consumed the Farina House

There were 450,000 people living in London at this time. The next largest cities would be places like Norwich which had around 20 to 30,000 people. It's that size of population, or at least that density of dwelling, which is going to be one reason why the fire is so great. So I thought perhaps we could think about the chronology of events from Sunday the 2nd of September 1666 to the point at which it was contained before we get to the contentious question of how it started.
