The Plus Spectrum and the Benefits of Imaging

The concept of a spectrum of plus disease actually started with with I crop two. After ETROP, that became the most important criterion for deciding which babies meet type one pre threshold diagnosis. There's some evidence that people are diagnosing plus earlier in a sense that is less dilation and tortuosity than they did 15 years ago. And so all of these have implications for sort of application of evidence based medicine.
