Are We Capitulating?

I had a conversation with both former and some current White House staff, actually about the borders specifically and not related. They all said that they have explored every jurisdictional element. And so are we being weak? The answer is yes. I wish she had immediately gone down to the border and highlighted the cruelty of the policies that the Trump administration had followed. But does it feel like we're just being weak in response? It feels like Greg Abbott's winning.
