The Importance of Challenges in Meetings
Christian: How do we get the best out of people and we don't by putting them through structures that plainly aren't fit for purpose. I challenged my reader it's very comfortable to be in a meeting saying this meeting's rubbish, he said. Christian was going on on as usual at work but also affecting his life even in a small way. He says if you're working for a company I am happy to say it is rubbish then that's what it does all the time. The butterfly flaps its wings and somebody a million miles away coughs or something like that.
