The Difference Between Hyper Focus and Focus

I think the hyper focus, while a lot of people call it their superpower, I think it's a short-sighted superpower because it drains us our executive functions at such a higher rate. Hyper focus is where you do something really longer than you intended to and ignore all your bodily functions. When fasting isn't I eat dinner and then just have water the next day. And there's a difference between being in the flow and being hyper focus.
