How to manage a friend, or how to manage yourself when you're being managed as a friend. The three bits in the middle of this scale are an acquaintance, so i know you, loosely, a casual friend, so i like you. And a close friend, i un stand you. It is like a strong bond of mutual trust. So it might also be worth us thinking about what's your natural closeness at of distance. Like, where would you gravitate towards some of the actions that you take?
