Are You Asking for Too Much?
Women believe that they should not ask for too much. And so lots of us are trying not to ask for more than we think we deserve, or more than we'll get. But the reality is that when women asking for as much as men do, they get paid as much asMen do. So there's no question that it's not how much you're asking for that's making people uncomfortable with you. That there's there is a backlash against women who are perceived as selfish or entitled or greedy or not warm. This is why i am absolutely passionate about just helping people get practice in negotiating jobs.
