What Is a Fast?

For the first couple of years of school, our lady of perpetual help would serve rice with a pad of butter for lunch. The whole idea was, this is what poor kids in bangladesh have to eat every day, ri, and you're just a spoiled kid, eh? So eat some rice instead and kind of get in the mine set. And i never did it, cause i got the point. But some of my friends would eat the rice and then eat their own lunch from home as well. It's even aiming, in, like, second grade.
