The Mistake of Pitching an Anti-War Message to the US Ruling Class
The reasonable voices within the US ruling class always get pushed to the side and they surrender. If you really want to be against the Ukraine war, don't look to the Democrats, obviously. Don't look to Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gatz and Kevin McCarthy. They're just demagogues lying. They're really 100% about the US military. We have to build a working class movement, an independent socialist anti-war movement that understands that these wars are not simply mistakes,. These are wars of a system of imperialism. And in order to end the danger of war, including global war, including major power conflict, we need a new system.
