The Growth of the Indian Order
In 1976 Banti referred to the fact that there were 80 members of our order. Now I'm told there are 2000 order members which means that in the last 14 years the order has doubled in size. As a total order however if you take into account that since the early days there are far more Indian order members so there is an explosive growth there. But leave that aside for the moment anyway. It was just fantastic yesterday to sing Happy Birthday to somebody who's entering their 25th year.
