Aftertaste in the Aroma Kit
We include aftertaste in in research projects or in central profiling we always agree on a specific time where we compare the aftertaste so if we want to have it included as one of the the descriptors we would say okay this is aftertaste after 10 seconds after 30 seconds after one minute. We also show that we can compare each cup of yeah that's a good idea because otherwise it becomes can be a little bit fluffy like aftertaste when or after how long time is it that you mean that it's still sweet or awfully bitterYeah and then you have the big circle which is kind of the normal I would say the most familiar one if you look at different flavor wheels.
