Is Your Assistant Responding as You?
This sounds very much like systems that some of my friends who are app developers use for customer support. So they standardize responses that are then sent out to everybody else. And when your assistant responds, does she respond as herself or is you? I don't want someone to get an email that looks like it's from me, but that I haven't actually sent.
