i was bullied a lot as a kid. Was trying to do very well at school, which doesn't often go down well with your peers. When i was eighteen, that essentially manifested itself in a hyperphocus on how i looked physically. And i channelled all that into into the gym. It's not negatively affecting my health in the way that it used to. But it lie, that journey took fifteen years,. but because of that, it allows me to see it in others, empathize with it in others.
