In this study, I know that it may not have been as much of something you looked at, but I am curious if there were any dietary or lifestyle patterns that did stand out that seemed to correlate with longevity. Well, the patterns that we saw were just the patterns that our grandmothers could have told us: eat well, exercise regularly and take care of your health. And that goes a long way to preserving our health.
