Leadership Vulnerability - The Most Difficult Part

The great irony is to develop the strength to be able to lead change, you actually have to embrace vulnerability. This is the part that most of us in leadership just hate because the moment before you become a leader, you were probably a really competent expert at something. So it's really about the heat that the learner leader has to actually for themselves or as it were inflict on themselves in order to do this work.
