As a young student I became very much interested in Nicholas Looman's theory of social systems. When I realized that there might be more to the system than just a curious way of taking notes it kind of fell into place. At this time I read a little bit more about new insights from learning theories and seeing learning not so much as storing information but to retrieving information. The key to understand learning is really to understand what forgetting is, he says.
