Enriching has five aspects. The longer we stay with the experience, the more opportunity there is for those neurons to start wiring together. If it pervades your mind, it's effectively intense and so is its encoding in your own nervous system. And then last, sailing it's or personal relevance. Why should it matter to me based on, let's say, growing up feeling not so cared about?
