Experimenting With Different Styles of Meetings
When we set something up as an experiment, we have a different relationship with the outcome of what happens. And so often really thinking about what are those things where it feels like you've got the space and the opportunity to experiment. We call it a learnit or log, where you actually write down two or three experiments that you want to run at the moment. There are so many different ways you can experiment. But i think until you really think about it, you probably don't really know what experiments are happening.
