The Momentum of a New York Startup

It seems like there's really a lot of momentum with the tech side of things over in New York at the moment. I hypothesize that many people are moving to New York now is because the past three winters haven't really been winters. And my take is that, like, New York becomes such like a melting pot because it has, you know, so many different industries surrounding it.
