What We Really Want Is More Uncertainty, but More Boldness

What we actually want is more uncertainty, but more boldness. We've created an environment which rewards certainty and cowardice rather than other certainty and courage. I love this guy, Richard Feynman, who said the wording won't be quite right. He said, I would rather live in a state of pleasant uncertainty than pretend that I'm sure about things which I know perfectly will I can't be sure about. That's a fantastic place to end.
