The standard operating protocol for regular epidural catheter initiation or induction is that you give a test dose, and then you give a bolus dose. And that's pretty much the ballpark is going to be about 10 to 15ccs of total local Aztec solution. That's kind of across the board for those days to the best of my recollection.
