Is gender equality a myth in your view? Is that something that's just never going to happen? It depends on what you mean by equality. We could get to a point where people were treated fairly, or more fairly. If it means equality of outcome, then almost certainly it's undesirable. In scandinavia there are far more female physicians than male doctors. There are lots of disciplines that are absolutely dominated by women.
