The Advantages of Working From Home for a Startup

I just find it really cool to have this diversity of people, you know, from all different kinds of backgrounds. So I love and that about it. And another advantage is flexibility, right? I'm a busy person. I am a star on a reality TV show in Switzerland. But because we do this remote, I don't have to constantly be traveling. That's great. The disadvantages are that there's not enough sort of this bonding environment. Company culture is really important for a startupBecause people need to work so closely together.Everybody needs to bring their whole self into the company to work Because we have to wear a lot of hats.
