Fennu Creek stimulates release of insulin and it also contains gel forming fibers that delay the stomach, emptying and interferes with glucose absorption from the intestines. That's super interesting because that's working on multiple actions compared to the drugs that we use. And in fact, my colleagues in Switzerland have been chining that approach with the recipes and a list of plants that can be useful for diabetes. They've got about 63 patients, I think, on board already. But their preliminary results are really promising.
