The Mandela Effect
The Mandela effect is commonly understood or believed things that don't happen to be true. This has become a term of art in academic studies. In the US, we've increased per pupil spending adjusted per capita inflation by nearly 300% since 1970. And especially now when you look in with a pandemic emergency spending, it's just a astonishing amount of money has been thrown into it. People just sort of say that work today.
