How I Purchased a House in an Inner City Suburb
We were looking for houses that were in a good area that we could rent so that means we couldn't buy some bomb in a good areas because then we'd have to spend money fixing it up which we don't have the cash for. So I did see this property one day and I saw it was listed and then a couple of days after there was going to be the first open home it was like a champagne viewing something like that that's so fancy. He had a look showed up to the champagne viewing with his sneakers and his you know very old white t-shirt and he came home and he said it's perfect it's exactly what we're looking for.
