How to Draft Elite Tight Ends

I've been changing my tune on elite tight end and I think there's some questions later that might address that but I've been coming around to a different mindset for that particular position. How are you kind of playing into those backfields he says, I've been just taking the cheapest guy a lot which of course I think makes sense, but that doesn't necessarily mean just because he's the cheapest he's actually the best bet of them all. The Dolphins have an a chain and Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson and quite frankly we don't know how the heck that's going to break out.
