The NHS isn't the best place to be working. I think the grant funding situation in the UK is taxing. And certainly nobody's got the kind of money to prime a project like delivering stem cell therapy to the heart, particularly not at my career stage. So it was the push factors from the UK environment and the pull factors on the US side.
