Andrew: I think of finance professionals broadly as falling into kind of three levels or three tiers if you want. On the low end bookkeeper, business partners and board member. The stuff that frankly in an SME of a size of kind of kind of 5 million or so that the CEO, the MD has to be the person doing because the size of the business just can't support a full time person at that level. But like you said there are plenty of people out there in the market who do this myself included who can help you think through and work through some of those let's say more strategic aspects without having to hire that full time.
