The only real way to remove a justice of the Supreme Court is via impeachment. And it's just very, very unlikely that the super majority of senators will come together no matter what these guys do. It doesn't take an ethics scholar to figure out why this should not be happening, but nothing ever gets done. We've known about Thomas' relationship with Harlan Crow for a very long time.
