The Importance of Price Weighted Offerings in Real Estate

I'm starting to see some secondary share sales, but they're on deals that are going really bad. Not every secondary offering is going to be a good offer. You really have to dig in your point. What is that dollar? What's the value that you're actually buying,. So has the value of what you're buying gotten down greater than the discount)? I think there is a good chance that some of those investments could turn out well if done in moderation.
