The Transition to Django REST Framework

Tom was crucial in shaping a lot of the early tech decisions at dev apps, for sure. He used to kind of sit opposite each other and bounce ideas around. We've been using something called unpolly which is very much in the same vein as HTML X. It allows you to do stuff like doing full page app without loads of content. So that's been interesting and it's easy to integrate with React where you need to drop some components in.
