Do Doncaster or Eeling Win the Premiership?

Doncaster and earling have failed to meet the minimum standards materia for promotion. So there'll be no promotion to the premiership this season. What is the point in planing the championship then? Why would you do it? i'm a massive advocate of promotion relegation. I think it needs to be in there. It keeps those games excitid. The jeopardy around the premisship door and someone coming up and someone going down, keeps those gamesexciting. They're not necessarily through the other clubs not having as many fans watch their games. But i'm stuck between a rock and a hard place here because i'm desperate for Promotion/Relegation to be involved
